I would like to record a movie but can't because the DVR thinks it's already in the process of recording it. Which it is NOT. When I click to cancel it the process goes through the steps but still then shows "recording". This started happening last year 2022 since then I have cleared cache multiple

I am relatively new to the DirecTV Stream service. Previously using DirecTV Satellite I had an option to Mange recordings. This enabled me to set up recording for a show and adjust the start/stop times. As well as recording the current series it would automatically record when a new season started.
