Gemini issues = I'm so frustrated

We have had the worst issues with our Gemini devices. I have spent hours upon hours on the phone with Directv and our internet provider AT&T. You blame each other. I absolutely regret leaving Xfinity. What a bust this is. I wish I could get out of this contract!!!!

@bcbsncjlj thank you for stopping by and putting me in my place. I need more people like you in my life.

Now that you have asked - the issue at hand is our two gemini devices cut out daily. After calling and trying to troubleshoot, it was determined it was the remotes (I knew it wasn't) and was sent two replacements. That didn't fix it. I was told to call AT&T. I did, and they said to call Directv back because they ran a check and it's not our wifi. Directv told me it's the gemini air device and sent me two new devices. That didn't fix it. Since then I have called at least five times and spent countless hours troubleshooting. Nothing is solved, and they won't let me out of the contract. So please give me the space to rant. My hope is somebody stopping by this forum will see what I am going through and think twice about switching to Directv.
