Problem changing home location

I move twice a year between Arizona and Massachusetts.  I initially signed up for DirecTV Stream at my billing address in Arizona.  We arrived in Massachusetts a couple days ago, and I followed the instructions to change our home location from Arizona to Massachusetts.  We made this change on a Samsung TV running the DirectTV Stream app,  Even though the app said that I had successfully updated our home location, we still get the Arizona local stations while streaming the app on our TV in Massachusetts.

Any advice on how we can get the app to recognize the local stations in Massachusetts?  The billing address on our credit cards remains in Arizona, so I cannot update my billing address.
