Watching DIRECTV STREAM

I have an Apple TV remote I use for the Directv scream app and for the past month I haven’t been able to push the down button to bring up the info/cc screen. I even tried a universal remote and it still doesn’t work. The only way I can get it to work is when I use the remote on my phone. I see that

I cannot watch programs on Bally Sports through the DirectTV app. See the channel on the guide, but when I select the program, a screen appears that only offers me the opportunity to restart the program or record. i downloaded the Bally Sports App and can watch the game through that app.   fr
