Gemini Air 4K supported but not on.

So we just switched from satellite. Gemini. Everything wired great. Now with this device 4K isn’t working.

what’s the deal here? It shouldn’t be this difficult.

Hi, @Detfan1984. Here's what you need to watch 4K UHD content:

1. A 4K-compatible streaming device (Gemini via internet, Roku, Fire TV, Android TV, or Apple TV). Note: NVIDIA SHIELD TV not currently supported.

2. A 4K-compatible TV with a port that supports HDCP 2.2.

3. An HDMI 2.0a or newer connecting cable.

4. Although not required, for the best experience, enable HDR on your TV and streaming device.
