Error 0033 trying to watch NCAA football on ESPN app Samsung TV
Tried to watch Georgia vs Mississippi State game this past Saturday and got error 0033.
I have done all the usual steps, deleted - reinstalled app, powered down TV completely. Talked to ESPN customer support - ESPN reset account. Still getting error.
Same error on THREE Samsung TVs and also on iPhone.

Error code 0033, which typically reads "The customer is not authorized for the content requested", usually means that you don't have a TV package that includes access to the content you're trying to view. This could mean the content you're trying to view isn't included in your TV channel lineup.

I do indeed have the TV package. I was able to watch the previous week's game just fine. I have DirecTV Stream Entertainment package, ESPN+ is provided via Verizon (a perk since my wife works for Verizon).
To clarify, I access the internet via AT&T fiber, my provider is DirecTV Stream. I have had no issues with accessing ESPN+ programming prior to this past weekend.
I have repeatedly logged out of ESPN app, deleted app, reinstalled app, and logged back in. This particular game is the only thing that won't play.
Thanks!

What game? Maybe it was restricted to another channel. Just offering what the code means.

OK apparently this particular game was actually broadcast via the SEC Network and as stated above I don't have that package with DirecTV.
My Bad. Oh well, I really don't want to add more subscriptions. Going to end up more expensive than the Xfinity service I previously had.
Thanks All.
