Streaming gets foggy picture. Checked network and it is good

LG 75 inch. Network crystal clear. Change to streaming and picture muted and color faded

Problem was on when streaming.  Went to network on settings and picture was great.  Turned off HD and picture improved on streaming.

I notice too on some 4k channel broadcasts lately the color is muted. Especially the sports.
