Error Code 30003-006 on multiple recordings across multiple channels over past 48 hours

I am unable to view multiple recordings from cloud DVR and instead get this error "We're having trouble displaying this content. Please check back later" with error code 30003-006 in the corner.

This has been happening since yesterday. Examples of shows/networks with the problem:

The Drew Barrymore Show (CBS) recorded today.
The Jennifer Hudson Show (Fox) recorded today.
Doubling Down with the Derricos (TLC) recorded yesterday.

Recordings of TCM work but it seems to be impacting several channels.

I am trying to watch on an Apple TV 4k (2nd generation)

Things I have tried:
-Force closing the DirecTV Stream app and re-opening it
-Unplugging the Apple TV from power to force reboot it
-Uninstalling the DirecTV Stream app and reinstalling it (the solution the directv error code help page leaves me at)
-Trying to watch on another AppleTV device

I am also unable to access these recordings in the Watch Now section of my account in a web browser while other recordings work.

I am in the Los Angeles area.

Please have your engineers look into this.

I am getting the 30003-006 error message for the past several days. Not able to watch recorded shows.
