transfer my recordings to the new DVR

AT&T is sending me a replacement DVR (U-Verse), because the one I have is malfunctioning intermittently, however, I have a number of TV programs recorded on the DVR.  I am told that I will lose all those recordings when I replace the DVR with the new one.  Is there any way to transfer my recordings

Live TV error, Recorded TV fine, daily reset gateway

Greetings all, I have Uverse Fiber and TV. Have had it for a number of years.  Starting a few months ago we've encountered an odd problem. Nearly every morning we have to restart the Gateway because the live TV doesn't work.  Turn on the TV and it plays for 10-15 seconds and freezes..

I’ve rebooted receiver and gateway and bought new HDMI cable and still it says Uverse is not available

equipment return scam

I returned my equipment to exchange a box. I sent it to UPS as instructed and in a timely manner prior to deadline. Today I get a bill that shows a charge for the "unreturned" equipment. Unfortunately I can not find my receipt or tracking information to prove otherwise. I went back to the UPS store

U-verse Equipment Return

Hello, I cancelled my U-verse tv service and was told I have 21 days to return the equipment. I have the DVR receiver and one additional receiver along with the power chords. I can not find one of the remotes, I only have one. Will I be charged for the missing remote?

silver remote

I had to replace my silver remote but after programming the replacement, when powering up devices, the remote doesn't cycle from ATT-TV-DVD anymore, just ATT-TV. I have to manually push DVD button, push power the back to ATT. The original remote cycled through all 3 functions.

Amplifi Alien cause Uverse TV to freeze up

Just like the title says.... for some reason whenever I put my Amplifi Alien in the mix it causes my Uverse TV to freeze up. I had this problem two months ago and disconnected the Alien and thought maybe since some time had passed and a new firmware update had came out it may have fixed the problem
