U-verse TV Account

I now have direct tv. What do I do with 4 old uverse remotes?

Credit limit exceeded (Uverse On-Demand. Why? May account has a zero balance.

We will be gone again for 3 months this winter. In the past, we put our U-verse account on vacation hold for a low rate. Can we put the hold on the U-verse services, for the tv, but still keep the WiFi for security cameras and lights; at a low rate?

I was told I could get a rebate for not having Channel 3 for several week. I clicked on the credit on the website but it was not taken off my bill.
