Returning UVerse WAP?

Att equipment
After ending my contract, I requested boxes/info for returning my equipment. I never received my boxes, no email with info or anything . I did however receive a bill from a collection agency that had equipment charges on it. How can I return this equipment and resolve this?

However, when I read about returning equipment, the website mentions showing a letter or email to FedEx or UPS. How long does it take to receive the confirmation
