Credit limit exceeded (Uverse On-Demand. Why? May account has a zero balance.

Did you pay for the On Demand content directly or were you expecting for it to be added to your next bill? Any purchases would be added to the current billing cycle, which is why you're now over the limit, despite having a zero balance owed on your account.
