Who can I contact to have my expired discount backdated?

My u verse and internet discounts expired at the end of March. I am unable to reach anyone to renegotiate a new one. In the meantime, my bill has increased over $50 a month. Who can I contact and will the discount be back dated since I was unable to reach anyone in a timely manner.

there are no discounts for existing customers past the initial promotions

i’ve been able to get one every year on my contract expiration date. For the past 8 or 9 years.

Yes, I was told in January, when we switched from U-Verse to DTV, our monthly bill will increase $50.00/mo if we keep the Ultimate Pkg, after the first year is up. Next January 2021, I will be calling, before the first 12 months are up, to see if in fact there will be a $50.00 increase. Hopefully, things will change.

Yes, we had U-verse for 8 years and I was able to talk to CS for more promotions.

My wife does a lot of daily auto series recording and comes back to watch the next day or 2. She has her LIST of recordings to pick and choose, which to watch first. Converting to the streaming route, you cannot record period, and have things lined up to watch. Long story short.
