PAID UVERSE BILL BUT STILL NO SERVICE!!
I paid my bill, I guess auto pay wasn't active, but my service is still out. It's been an hour, and no TV or internet service. I've reset devices but still no changes. Worst of all, customer service is closed.

Hi, services are generally restored inside 2 hrs in most cases. If youre not up by. 12 noon, call and ask to speak to the DIRECTV Stream customer service team. I am out of the office for most if not of today due to a funeral, but if I do sign in, I will update this post And endeavor to get you to me directly.

The cx asked about internet and tv, which we are crosstrained on. I did not mean to suggest using work resources to help in the forums, but if the cx were to get to an agent in my office, they would have the ability to relay a message via CET with a supervisor callback or an agent committed callback, which I would be willing to take ownership of the call if they wanted to have a SME.
I apologize if my message gave off a sound of impropriety, I was only wanting to get the cx to someone who was qualified and trained on both LOBs, and prevent unnecessary transfers or extra time handling the issue. My sole thought processes were Ownership of the issue and One Call Resolution.
Again, I apologize.
