U-verse TV Account

I'm trying to connect to the WiFi for my tv, I changed the password and it's letting me log in but now it says "your user id and password is not authorized to access account information at this time." Please help it's for Amazon fire tv by the way.

In January we started service with Uverse promotion was 150.00 visa card. Why haven't I recieved it yet who do I contact please?
