Price hike

5 months ago I negotiated a new contract for 13 months of u-verse 300 and Internet 50.

The price was $144.00 a month

NOW I am being charged $208.00 a month for the same package and on my bill

It said I have 8months out of 13 left.

I called and was told WELL that package expired!

How can my package expire with 8 left .
