Need account assistance

I am facing a near doubling of our internet/Uverse bill next month.

When I call the customer support line - i am sorry - I CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE.

Is there a way to contact someone in the USA?

Same thing  with me yesterday, this is AMERICA, people should be able to speak English well!  You just have to ask for someone else or call back. It is a pain, but this is the world we live in and it is getting worse! I got through my call, but I had to keep asking for her to repeat what she said.
