On December 1st, 2023 I contacted via chat to find out what happened to ALL of my unlimited cloud DVR recordings, they were all missing. After spending a rather intense 45 minutes chat we determined that the support person has no idea what happened and could not do anything to restore the recordings

I just bought a new Samsung TV and use an optical cable to hookup my Bose sound system. Every few minutes the sound stops working for a few seconds then comes back on. Frustrating. I have a Bose lifestyle 600 the directv gemini remote controls everything but will not turn the lifestyle 600 on. Volume and turning off the lifestyle 600 works perfectly but the directv Gemini will not turn the lifestyle 600 on. Any suggestions?
