Returned Gemini box was not restored properly at warehouse and now having dvr war with new box owner

So, we returned a Gemini box a cpl months ago to exchange and it was not restored properly at the warehouse then shipped to a new customer. Now the new customer has our old box with our account stuff i guess still in its system and we are seeing each others library and deleting each others programs.
