Streaming Setup & Equipment

My set up box hasn’t worked for the last 24 hours. No amount of rebooting, resetting, pulling the power plug in the back of the device is working. So, we returned a Gemini box a cpl months ago to exchange and it was not restored properly at the warehouse then shipped to a new customer. Now the new customer has our old box with our account stuff i guess still in its system and we are seeing each others library and deleting each others programs.
