Hi all. I watch the sports that are available in 4K and was wondering if it’s best to leave the resolution set to 4K even when watching non-4k channels? Is HDR on the best setting for both 4k and non-4k?

I have reset the box and changed out the batteries in the remote and the image I sent remains on the tv

I have replaced the batteries twice but the Red Light is solid and will not go off. The red light is not blinking it's stays on. I have took NEW batteries out hours and put them back in and red light automatically comes on and will not go off unless I take batteries out.
