I returned my equipment using the label supplied to me by DirectTV over a month ago. I was recently charged for the equipment and am requesting the charges be reversed. I left a review on trustpilot and was told to reach out here for my issue to be resolved.

I have DTV - satellite. Looking to switch internet providers. Question surrounds set-up with Verizon Gateway unit, old router has ethernet cable from a DTV device that is screwed onto a coaxial cable, do I just plug that same ethernet cable into the Verizon Gateway unit?

Hi team, There was a directtv satellite in our office when we moved in and we will need to remove it. Instead of trashing it, we wanted to see if we could take it to you to be recycled/reused. We are not a direct tv client and have no account. Please advise. Thanks, Len

After all set-up, Remote works all except turning TV Off. Will turn on, etc. but not off. Calling DirecTv they had no answer or help
