I just got Directv and am having a problem with channel change. It keeps freezing and am not able to use any other functions.  I do not know what the issue is.  I came from Spectrum and it was a no-brainer (but also cost me $120 more a month..).  I am considered elderly, so not savvy

I returned my equipment using the label supplied to me by DirectTV over a month ago. I was recently charged for the equipment and am requesting the charges be reversed. I left a review on trustpilot and was told to reach out here for my issue to be resolved.

I have DTV - satellite. Looking to switch internet providers. Question surrounds set-up with Verizon Gateway unit, old router has ethernet cable from a DTV device that is screwed onto a coaxial cable, do I just plug that same ethernet cable into the Verizon Gateway unit?
