Account sent to collections.

Missing tear off from the January statement. We sent the money order, but it was not posted to our account

The January statement for Direct tv had no tear off to send back! We sent the Money Order for $92.53 in a regular business envelope with a copy of the top of the statement with all the information. The Money Order was cashed on February 11, but not posted to our account. Now AT&T is demanding double
