After canceling u-verse tv back in January, is it possible to subscribe to Directv satellite using the AT&T account?

The January statement for Direct tv had no tear off to send back! We sent the Money Order for $92.53 in a regular business envelope with a copy of the top of the statement with all the information. The Money Order was cashed on February 11, but not posted to our account. Now AT&T is demanding double
