Direct TV breach of contract. Price increase middle of contract.

So I have Direct TV Satellite and my bill just went up almost $5 not a lot but a price increase in the middle of my contract. With a 2 year contract price should not go up until after the contract period plus I was told that was the price for the contract. I can't cancel before the contract without

Directv Web Site Keeps Asking for "One-time" Code

I don't get it. Every time I login to the Directv web site, it wants the sent security code for the so-called one-time verification. If they want this every time I log in then they shouldn't call it a one-time verification. It gets old. James

How do I get a bill adjustment?

on the site tvpromise.com it says Affected DIRECTV and U-verse customers can sign in to get a one-time adjustment to your bill. We are affected and have not been able to watch our local channel for weeks. I would like an adjustment on my bill, so how do i get that?

What does it take to get an employee of Direct TV to actually follow through with what they say they are going to do?

I have been calling Direct TV for months now explaining to them that we only have 3 TV's not 4 so we should be getting one TV for free and then being charged for 2 ($7.00/Each) which would be $14.00 per month.
