How do you report a scam that I believe may be a Direct TV internal job, due to the fact they accessed my Direct TV service and initiated the offer on my TV. The person had me go to my TV, tell him what I saw on the Movie Channel, which was not activated because I did not subscribe to those channels

credit managment fee

Is it legal for directtv to charge $199 for a Credit Management Fee when the sales tech did not mention this fee at the time we signed up? Also is it allowed for the techs to offer discounts and not tell you that they signed you up for auto pay?
