Has anyone had any luck getting the missing channel credit when you are being billed through another company such as Centurylink? I am getting the run around from both Directv and Centurylink.

I have been a Direct TV satellite customer since May 24 and have never received a paperless bill by email. In the first month I received a paper letter in the mailbox from them stating that my email would not go through and requesting that I sign in to my online account and correct my email address.

I have an overdue bill and want to pay. When I paid by cc to a DirecTV person, the amount went to my ATT account.
