Satellite Account

My Direct TV account was cancelled in January, 2024. Equipment returned within the allotted time with receipt.  Direct TV did not cancel and is trying to push me to pay approximately $300 for time after account cancelled.  How do I solve this?

Can I use one of my Directv boxes from home and use in camper. I do not want to have a separate bill for my home and my camper.

I forgot my password. The password reset takes me to the security questions. But the security questions are not the ones that I would have chosen and I do not know what the answers are. Can you help me resetting my password by sending meta password link to my email on file.
