Each address must be their own account as locals, Regional Sport Networks, and taxes to be paid are based on the physical service address.
If each place is within the same market and is officially a business (all places under the same business), then you would need to discuss with DirecTV's business side on the options.

A DTV business account will not allow recording of any programs so DTV will not install any DVRs only single tuner H receivers.
