I have been a Direct TV satellite customer since May 24 and have never received a paperless bill by email. In the first month I received a paper letter in the mailbox from them stating that my email would not go through and requesting that I sign in to my online account and correct my email address.

I have an overdue bill and want to pay. When I paid by cc to a DirecTV person, the amount went to my ATT account.

Hi, One when has a subscription to Max, is it just for watch HBO on the T.V? Because I am unable to watch any programming through Max.com. The site says they can't verify by subscription through my provider. Any suggestions on how I can remedy this situation. Thank You.

I received bills from DT and Stream and paid them both due to paperless billing by two different methods and two different times of the month. I have back up for returning the equipment to DT but no satisfactory resolution for the refund.
