DIRECTV STREAM Account

Has anyone been misinformed or been given incorrect or wrong information while trying to get a refund? I have been misled for 4 months now.   

Can I set up my DIRECTV stream account to use a separate login from my sbcglobal.net account? Right now they are tied together and I’d rather my kids (who use DIRECTV stream on their phones, etc) not have my email login password.

I want to go from 3 to 4. The grandchildren are over a lot and I actually have 5 TVs !
