DIRECTV STREAM Account

Anyone here a new customer?? I signed up on 2/13/22, was told unlimited cloud but it’s showing only 20 hours. I’ve spoken to about 6 people and no one can help and actually last person said the site was incorrect and it was never offered!!! 

I noticed that my subscription fee increased $65 to $75. I would like to know why and would like to change plan To basic $65.

Auto pay was declined how do you make a payment. Customer Service keeps telling me to update payment I have and still no payment has been processed.

Initially when I purchased this streaming service I was told that my package which is the same since would've remained the same amount each month. If I have less than 20 hours on my DVR will they remain in my DVR files if I move from the unlimited plan to 20 hour plan. Likewise, if I move from the 20 hour plan to the unlimited will existing DVR shows remain in my recorded shows? Thanks
