3 months of premium channels

I started a new subscription this week. I thought the subscription came with 3 months of Premium Channels for free. However, none of the premium channels appear in the guide. I do see them under networks in the OnDemand section. When I try to watch anything, it says I need to subscribe.

Login to your account and verify those subscriptions are there. If they are then contact support and discuss with a support rep.

Did you make sure to "select" the boxes for the premiums when you signed up? They are all listed there but you have to click each one you want before moving on.

The same thing happen to me. Turns out at sign up we where suppose to pick the 3 we wanted. I don't know if you call them if they will still honor that it.

Just cancel and sign-up again with a different email this time. Make sure you select the premiums.

During the signup process where the 3 month free premiums are listed--it clearly says "select"
