DIRECTV STREAM Account

I have the Choice package without contract and I am paying 108.99. Yet I have seen Choice packages advertised for 84.99. Why am I paying 24$ more?

I signed up for DIRECTV STREAM tonight but I’m unable to access the app on all my devices. I get an error code 8013 with a message Subscription Required. Please subscribe to DIRECTV STREAM. Has anyone encountered this problem before?

I am unable to login to DirecTV Stream. When I go to the site and click signin, it has a drop down of Watch Now or Account Overview. Someone posted that RSN comes with “Choice” with no fee with no contract streaming. Did I get this wrong?
