In the last six months I received a series of emails sent around midnight - 2:00 from DirectTv stream confirming "add-on" services such as HBO, cinemax etc. I have not been adding these services. I have called DirectTv Stream 5 times to have the charges reversed and cancelled.  Yet this still

I have the Directv Stream Choice Package. It shows in my account package the HBO Channels are included on the base packages including Choice.  Unable to get these channels. Even when you go down to add on premiums it shows HBO is already included in my package!
