Lost my discount for my original DirecTV NOW "Go Big" Plan but no one can tell me why.

I'm an original DirecTV NOW subscriber still with the "Go Big" plan. Last month I received the price increase letter w/ pricing link. My package was set to go to $89.99. I was charged $114.99 today instead. Customer service said my discount expired even though I'm still on my OG "Go Big" plan. My account even has $89.99 for the plan but it's crossed out and says $114.95. No one can give me an explanation of why my discount expired. I never received any notice of losing my discount, just that the price was going up $10 this month.

Since calling customer service is a dead end is there a DTV rep here than can help me? Obviously $114 for "Go Big" is a ridiculous price. I hate to leave DTV Stream after all these years but looks like that's where this is going since I can't talk with anyone at DTV who is knowledgeable on this topics to unwind this problem with me.

Hi, thanks for the response. This isn't about the price increase. I understand that and have been though many since I signed up for DirecTV NOW. But the current increase on my grandfathered plan should have been from $79.99 to 89.99 not $79.00 to 114.99.

As an original DirecTV NOW subscriber I am supposed to get a $25/mo discount. That went away this month for a reason no one can tell me. THAT is my question. 

If you can help me understand why I lost my discount or whether it was a billing mistake I would appreciate it. Just trying to get some actual answers and not a scripted response.
