Samsung Tv DirectTv log on error

Constantly having to login in every time i turn on the television.  I know this is a know issue and was wondering when you will be updating your app to auto log on?  Thanks.

We will not be updating anything as this is a public forum of other customers. You can try calling to leave feedback, but those agents have nothing to do with how the app is programmed. If this is a big issue for you, a BBB complaint could be considered as that goes to corproate who could divert it to the right internal team that works on those apps.

Might never be fixed. Those "smart" TV apps haven't been well supported. Assuming you have DIRECTV STREAM (that this section of the forum is for), it is suggested to have a streaming box of some kind (Roku, Firestick, etc.). Though the DIRECTV STREAM branded one does use a full remote to select channels, so another option.
