More than likely you are missing those channels due to a dispute between Directv and Nexstar the owner of those channels. This dispute is affecting people all over the united states. Directv is offering a one-time $10 discount to those who are affected by this dispute you can go to www.directv.com/tvpromise to see if you are eligible for it. Hope this helps.
Check to see if they are owned by Nexstar. If they are, then try using a regular antenna until Nexstar returns the feed (if ever). https://www.directv.com/tvpromise/
If that is not the situation, then you must provide some details. Such as what happens when you try to watch them, what zip code, model of boxes, have you tried any troubleshooting, etc.
The first question is did you used to get the channels and they recently went away? If so, are you seeing a message on those channels about a dispute with the channel owner (right now, the major case being with Nexstar), then as the other responders said it will await the contract dispute being resolved. If not, then as suggested, you will need to provide some additional info.
If you never got those stations, then the question is should you? DirecTV Stream doesn't carry all local stations. I would guess that they carry at least almost all NBC and Fox affiliates, but it is possible that there are some where they were never able to get a carriage agreement with the station owner. Check here under the Regional Sports & Local tab to see which channels should be available at your location. If your stations aren't listed, then they just aren't available through Stream. If they are, then there may be a problem with your account setup. You can report back here in that case, and someone here can try to help or can redirect you to DTV Customer Service.

Also remember, though many of us have it now (by antenna or a subscription service), TV is still entertainment and not a necessity.
