care code 201

Updated: I got a message to go on and post to either FB, Insta, Twitter or in Directv community forums and all that I can do there is post the same thing and not get any type of response....What I really need is someone to contact  me via email or phone(Both of which are listed in numerous places through DTV and AT&T) in order to try and get this resolved. If we can't do something this simple then this will be my last weekend on DTV and I'm just gonna throw this out on social media, not as a complaint against the service, but against the overall customer service....End of update.

Ok. so I was directed here from developer to post a question. I've done this multiple times before as well as many hours on the phone with tech support and multiple "Incident" numbers. Also, waiting multiple days like they asked while it was "Fixed". Well still not fixed and the problem is care code 201 [LU100]. I'm posting this here to see if any reeeeaaallllly good tech from directv stream can contact me and resolve this issue. As this has been going on for over a year wear I cannot login on certain devices without getting care code 201. I have done everything the techs said to do and more. As I am relatively tech savvy. I'm giving this one last chance to see if it can get resolved as I am paying $120 a month for a service I can use correctly. This is the last ditch effort and I am switching to either Youtube Tv or Hulu.

Were you previously a DirecTV Satellite customer?  This care code usually pops up when you're using the same log-in credentials as your satellite account.
