DIRECTV Equipment

it now takes between 6 to 8 seconds for the guide to come up after pressing the button on the remote.  It also takes the same amount of time do anything with the guide, change channels, look for info, etc, etc.  .  I turned off the scrolling but this didn't help. This is a real pain....how can I fix

I have a Samsung 4K TV connected to a 4K DirectTV Genie. Some programs are oversaturated with red in shadow areas, even when playback of recorded programs. The problem doesn't exist on my non-4k TV's when I playback the same recorded programs on them. I've swapped out my 4k Genie with a non-4k Mini
