I ADDED A SPLITTER TO THE MAIN DERICTV AND LOSE THE ODD TRANSPONDERS. IF I DISCONNECT IT ALL TRANSPONDERS WORK. DO I NEED A BOOSTER?

I can’t get my main genie to generate a pin to connect my genie mini

How do I connect a sound bar to my Gemini. I tried the digital audio cable (little square connector) onnevted yo the Gemini but sound bar still won’t work. Do I need it to be plugged into the genie box? Before I got the Gemini I had the sound bar plugged into the genie and it worked fine. 

Whenever we try to watch something on our 4k Samsung TV, the picture will intermittently go black for a moment or two and then come back to the live feed. It's not fun to watch sports this way. The blackouts come and go but it's annoying enough that we don't bother with anymore.

Is it possible to split the signal after the polarity locker with L-band 2 way splitters, One to feed existing MULTIswitch system and one to feed the SWM system?

my model # I think is RC 3063706/01br. Will this work with the amazon fire tv.

TCL Roku TV 55R635. I’ve tried all the codes. None worked. I’ve reset the remote a couple of times. Remote model RC66RX.  Genie receiver Swm-O. Everything works except volume & power. Any solutions?

I just had a DIRECTV box put in yesterday with a genie remote RC 73. It turns on my surroundsound anytime I hit a button. My reciever is a pioneer VSX 824. I called support and they just want to send me a new remote. Something tells me that’s not going to fix the problem.
