On my bill history, it states that I removed TCM and TruTV. These are part of my package and I never removed them. Please reinstate them back to my account.

I am told that there are no current options for a DVR for my pending service in Ecuador. Is this correct? What are the alternatives?

Why do they bury the Score Guide app so far into the Settings. You have to go to My Teams/Edit, click on My Teams and scroll down to the Score Guide Application.
