Hi - we only want NEW episodes to record for a series is there a way to program that option like it used to be on the dish service? We don't want EVERY episode of Gold Rush, Expedition Unknown...etc recorded - just the new.

Inexplicably, my Direct tv app on my iPad no longer displays my dvr recordings. My library is empty yet I have many shows recorded on my tv. It happened overnight! Why can’t I see my recorded shows any longer on the app?

   This is a current story, but the background is very important.  (Please know now that we have only ever had ONE DVR box attached to a single television in the living room.)  First of all, why does ALWAYS it take FOREVER to get anything done when you call for help?   

Once I remove it from the ground, where can I dispose of it?

How do you delete multiple episodes from a TV show or a tv show in the New Direct TV

Got DTV in 2010 with a HR44 and a satellite box for the bedroom. We have used the SATA connection and a remote drive enclosure to store more content than the internal disk in the HR44.  The HR44 has started dropping recordings in the middle and has self reset several times.  What is
