I don't see a way to view my list of upcoming recordings by day or my list of series set up to record. Has the ability to access those been taken away?

Receiving the above message on channels 355 and 570 only, both important channels to me. They work when switched to internet but this drives up my internet bill.  How do I fix this?

We have $23 off per month until next upgrade. Would that get put back on our bill if we added a mini?  Thanks.

I need help to do this since I was told it has to be done online

I have Starz with my DTV subscription and was able to login to the app on my smart tv a few days ago using my DTV credentials. For some reason, I can no longer log in.  It says "you are not authorized for Starz service".  

It’s been slow and lags on the guide, so I rebooted it with the red button to see if it would clear up something. Now when it boots back up, it gets stuck on “Step 1 of 2: checking satellite settings” for like 10 minutes then crashes and reboots again. I understand it’s old, but was curious if there
