Just received a phone call saying that DTV streaming is updating service and in 2 weeks my current tv’s are only working at 25%. For a fee of $10, they will upgrade the system to work properly. I am very suspicious, is this a scam or not? And, they will not just apply the $10 fee to the bill. They

I live in Anaheim and has never had issues with Dodgers Directv Channel + Channel 690 SportsNet La before. Today both channels are blacked out.  Please advise on what to do?  Thanks.

Has Direct TV been able to find a way to allow a remote to select a channel by number when there is no box?

The website only says it is available but there is no mention of which package has it and it is not listed in the channel lineup.

I'm thinking of changing from DTV to Fioptics TV. I downloaded the fioptics app to the DTV streaming device.  When I turn on the streaming device it always opens with DTV.  If I no longer have a DTV account, would I be able to get to my apps?
