Uverse App

Trying to log into Uverse app on IPhone and IPad and getting error when I log in with my email and password.  Get error Login Required. Please log in with your U-verse Member ID (email address). I know it is the correct info and II have cleared cache and reset password.

Good Morning, Llbusse,! We understand that you are unable to use your U-Verse app. We would love to help you with that.

 

Let's recap on what we do know, based on your post.

  1. The problem is on your iPhone and iPad.
  2. The error that you are getting is "Login Required"
  3. You have cleared the cache and you have reset the password.

Well you have done about 50% of the work already, and we do thank you for the troubleshooting that you have already done. 

 

Let's try just a few more steps to see if the problem can be resolved. 

  1.  Go to AT&T Account Manager Sign-in page and try to replicate the problem directly online. 
  2. Clear the app cache on the devices 
  3. Uninstall the app from the devices
  4. Power the devices down
  5. Turn the devices back on
  6. Re-install the app on the devices and try to log in again. 

Now if that workaround does not work for you, then you are grouped into the known issue with the app. We are working hard to get the app up and working again for all of our customers.  There is no ETA for the resolution at this time.
