Outage

What the (Edited per community guidelines) is going on over here?  My zip code 77096 is having issues with internet, & tv since last week.

Unplug all boxes.

Plug gateway (modem) back in and wait for lights to go normal.

If you have a WAP, plug that back in too.

Plug DVR back in and wait for normal operations.

Plug receivers back in and wait for normal operations.

If still wonky, call 800-288-2020 and ask for tech support.

Yeah right.  That’s not helping the many others in my area who are also having problems.  The problem is widespread & AT&T needs to fix it in their equipment.
