error message on ipad for uverse app

I keep getting the following error message on the Uverse app.  " the uverse mobile service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

We're here to assist with your U-Verse app, @lcharms!

 

Can you let us know the following:

  • Have you uninstalled/reinstalled the app?
  • Have you cleared the apps cache and data?

We ask these questions because they both can clear any settings that is causing the error to occur.

 

If after trying these methods and nothing improves, let us know as we have a few more things we can try!

I always clear the app cache and data.  I even sign out and sign back in.  For some reason it finally worked this morning.
