U-verse App wants a user ID it was working fine then just stopped working
My U-verse app will not let me login. It says it wants a member ID. I spent 2 hours on the phone 2 days ago and they never got the problem solved. The technician promised to call me back the next day and of course he didn’t. I don’t understand why I can’t get someone who cares about customer service. The sure want their money but I can even get the service I’m paying for. Looks like I am going to have to leave and try a different vendor.
