Watching U-verse TV

I know AT&T is trying to focus on Directv, but show some love to U-verse TV. on AT&T updating U-verse TV. I mean update the boxes or software.

How do I watch live TV on my Mac? I have Uverse with ATT. I know I can from my phone but I want it on my desktop.

When using the u-verse app on my ipad & phone even when asking to stay logged on it logs off after 6 hours even in the middle of a program & that used to be 2 weeks.

Anyone out there experiencing one second blackout of image and sound? Does not happen on instant rewind. Does not happen on second television.

Why am I not able to access all content on STARZ? I can watch some shows and others when I try it to it asks to sign up. I was able to watch all shows up until about 4 days ago. I can access all content on my phone and my iPad but not my tv.
